A bespoke orthotic is a device that is designed to align the foot and ankle in the most anatomically efficient position possible. They resemble insoles, but they are biomechanical medical devices that are custom-made to treat your individual foot imbalance. Custom orthotics function on your feet in the same way that glasses work on your eyes: they minimize stress and strain on your body by re-aligning your feet so that the appropriate muscles work at the right time, decreasing tiredness and allowing them to be used more efficiently.
